Some way to block porn site invites like the one Vi Fuentes posted this morning?

that happened to me to. stupid!
I blocked her also but it was so annoying to have to do so as I have to spend so much time already blocking all of those "best prices on our meds" and so forth e-mails so am hoping similar future postings can be blocked right here in the community.
I got the same invite from Vi. Blocked her!! What I want to talk about on this site and what she wants to talk about are miles apart!!!
As it appears we all got an email this morning saying that Vi Fuentes had posted a comment, and the link back to it seems that it may be an invite to a porn site, is there some way to block folks like this from joining the community or taking down...

Sorry for those folks who have added me as a friend.
